I like it, and as a frequent visitor to Vegas I think the vibe is right. You may already be thinking this, but my gut reaction is that your bigger monetization play is going to come from marketing it to visitors while keeping the ideal customer as a local. Basically, write it to a Vegas local but you can sell it to visitors as an inside scoop sort of thing.
