Welcome to the hiiv 🐝 Our beehiiv Community ("the hiiv") exists to help you:

  • Share best practices for creating exceptional newsletters

  • Discover collaboration and cross-promotional opportunities

  • Build valuable connections within the newsletter community

  • Exchange and review design feedback

  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve with other beehiiv experts

    Introduce Yourself:

  • Fill out your profile with your name, photo, newsletter name, and any relevant details. Clearly identifying yourself helps others connect with you easily.

    Be a Contributor:

  • Know the answer to a question? Jump in. The hiiv thrives when members actively support each other.

    Authenticity Matters:

  • Create only one account per person.

  • Be honest about your identity, affiliations, and experiences. Don’t impersonate others or share misleading information.

    Maintain Respect and Civility:

  • Harassment, bullying, trolling, or aggressive language will not be tolerated.

  • Avoid offensive, explicit, violent, or inappropriate content.

    No Spam:

  • Content shared should be relevant to newsletters, audience growth, and beehiiv.

  • Irrelevant promotional material or unrelated content is prohibited.

  1. 6.

    Mindful Promotion:

  • It's fine to mention tools, services, or products you find helpful within relevant discussions. However, overt commercial promotions or political campaigning aren't allowed.

    Protect Confidentiality:

  • Do not post confidential information or any private customer data. Respect the privacy and confidentiality of yourself and others.

    Privacy First:

  • Never post personal details like phone numbers, emails, addresses, payment details, passwords, or other sensitive data.

  1. 9.

    No Hate Speech or Discrimination:

  • Content promoting hate, discrimination, or prejudice based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual identity, gender, disability, or veteran status is strictly prohibited.

Violations of Guidelines beehiiv does not routinely monitor all content. However, if community guidelines are violated, beehiiv may take necessary action, including removing content, suspending accounts, or permanently banning users. Serious violations may result in legal action or notification to law enforcement. If you encounter inappropriate behavior or content, please report it directly to abuse@beehiiv.com. Copyright and Legal Notices If your work has been posted without your consent, contact legal@beehiiv.com for resolution under our copyright policy. By posting content, you grant beehiiv permission to use, modify, distribute, and display your submissions within the community or for beehiiv’s business purposes. Content posted in the community is user-generated, and beehiiv is not responsible for its accuracy or reliability. beehiiv is not liable for any damages arising from third-party content shared within the hiiv.
