busy scaling up ad ops and im taking pain. What tools are you all using for CRM and then workflow (Notion kinda works ok for editorial side, but not CRM)?

    I'm honestly still just using Excel. I imagine at some point it will make more sense to move to something like hubspot, but even now that we have a few employees, I can't say that Excel (and Slack, I guess) is so terrible that it would justify a non-insignificant tech cost.

    I use Hubspot! Their free version is fantastic!

    Have you looked into Monday? Not that Notion is a bad option, just may take longer to setup.
