Can Beehiiv Link Survey Responses to Subscriber Profiles?

Quick question — I've set up a survey in Beehiiv that appears after subscribers sign up. It collects information like their name, birthday, and favorite baseball team to help personalize my emails. Since the form appears post-signup, it doesn’t include an email field (as Beehiiv already has that). It seems to be working well so far. Now, with the season approaching, I’d like to send a follow-up to subscribers who haven’t filled it out yet. My question is: If I send a link to the survey in an email to subscribers, will Beehiiv be able to associate responses with individual subscribers and automatically update their custom fields? Or would I need to create a new survey with an 'email' field to make sure the updates track to the correct profiles.
