How to Edit Newsletter Design Across All Issues in Slack

·
·

Hey — did the section to edit the design of newsletter issues move again? I'm trying to edit the header image, colors, fonts etc across all issues — not just one. So the "Style" section for a specific issue doesn't apply. Where can I set design across all issues?

so you make the changes to one of your templates and then mark that template as default style. That will make it like a global settings for all of your post using that same template.

Ok but what if I have posts that were sent before we had any templates?

It used to be in settings, then in Design (which made sense). Now it doesn't seem like it is anywhere?

Do I need to change that to also be the structure of the issues?

well, looks like you missed the big announcement. but you are at the right place. You just make changes as you want in ether of the template and just make it default style.

Right but if I now also want to use this style for future issues I have to also go in and update the template, right?

Before it was sort of easy because you could make design tweaks in one place for everything, and then you'd have your issue templates in the Posts section

Also how do I add a banner image?

I'm in the template trying to edit it and don't see a place in either the Basic or Advanced Style settings to add a banner at the top of each issue?
