Best Ways to Follow Up with New Website Sign-Ups

I want to ask people if they are interested in certain offers after they sign up on the website. What’s the best way to do it? Go high level/wordpress? And then assign a tag to an email in beehiv that triggers automation via api?

What do you want this experience to look like? You can redirect users to custom pages, or show a survey to collect that info

EJ W. Thanks for asking! Here's how I see it:
1.
After they subscribe, we'd like to show them a list of 4 offers that are pre-checked. They can uncheck the offers if they don't want them.
2. If they choose these offers unchecked, we'd send an email with more information about the offer. That way, we reduce the friction that it'd take them to receive the offer. And instead of sending them to 1 offer, we can send them to 4 offers. How can we do it with?
