Issues with Gmail Deliverability When Using Beehiiv Subdomains

has anyone else noticed gmail deliverability suffering with an email. subdomain set up on Beehiiv? my newsletter sends great from info@mail.mydomain.com but if i send a cold email from info@mydomain.com from gmail it always go to spam! i've never had so much trouble with gmail deliverability! So i'm wondering if my Beehiiv DNS settings could be interfering somehow
