Transferring Newsletter Ownership: Steps to Grant Access

How can I give someone else owner access on my newsletter? I’ve submitted a help ticket but they never got back to me.

    You don't - admin has the same permissions as owner so you add them as an admin. However, if this in relation to transfering ownership in the event of a sale, then support can help with that.

    Thanks EJ W. I submitted a ticket last week but nobody got back to me unfortunately. The reason I’m transferring ownership access is because of a sale. I just sent an email to the support team to check up on my ticket. Thanks again
