Urgent: Need Fulfillment Policy for Stripe Payment Compliance

I got a notice from Stripe that I need to have a "fulfillment policy" by the end of the month or lose access to payments for the premium newsletter. They gave this link for more info: https://docs.stripe.com/get-started/checklist/website Email: Please add a fulfillment policy to your website that provides information on refunds and cancellation policies. Your refund policy should be specific to your business and visible to customers before they purchase items on your website.

      Did you have to let Stripe know about this page?

      Is this in the subscribe / upgrade flow, either as a step or just a link?

      Yes, you can do that. There is a space in the Stripe setting where you can put your link.

    2. 2.

      And this support page can live on your site as a custom page with content. You can also add this link in your email footer, so that people have ways to go there easily.
