Fixing Mobile Overlaps and Inconsistent Element Sizes on Website Builder

On the website builder the mobile has tons of overlaps that i cant seem to fix any suggestions? As well two elements with the exact ssame settings looking quite different and some elements looking comically small because i needed to add extra padding on the desktop version
