Request for Assistance with Unexplained Restrictions in US Service

Not sure how to fix this issue, if anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated. We are in the US and only serve the US currently, so not sure why this restriction was applied. Im not seeing a way to resolve. For context this is to monetize in boost. This was active and turned to paused. TIA.

This is a boost from another newsletter that you are running? If so, the author of the boost can change their settings at will on their side...

Yes, I guess im unsure was this a technical pause or did the author manually pause it? When I see “regional restrictions applied” it made me think this was technical. And the reasoning doesnt apply because I am based in the US which is what that description is saying.

I think they are two separate things.

Pausing is done with a given action and regional restrictions are applied with another (like changing a boost price)
