Issue with Image Header Size in New Newsletter Builder

In the new newsletter builder, I don't see an option to adjust the image header like the standalone builder had. Before, it was large. Now, it's small and I don't see any editor options to adjust it since the builder and template editor seem to be merged into 1. What am I not seeing?
