Assistance Needed: Subscriber Limit Issue on Import Page

hey there - I can't upload more subscribers on the "subscribers import" page because it says i'm over my limit. but if I go to "Billing and Plan", I've been paying for the tier that should give me 25,000 subscribers. Could I please get some assistance resolving this?

That's the import limit, which can be increased with the support ticket. There is an option to create a support ticket for the import limit increase.

Thanks, submitted a request. Appreciate your quick reply. Is there a reason I can't just import up to the number of subscribers I'm paying for?

Yes, if you click on the read more about import limits, link, it will give you the reasoning.

I believe beehiiv would like to make sure no spam list is being imported for any of the account. So I would guess it's precautions.
