Troubleshooting Email Header Image Loading Issues in Newsletters

Whenver I try to add an email header image for my newsletter, the image fails to load. I've tried multiple sizes and dimensions, including the recommended 1200X630. Does anyone know how to solve? I didn't have this issue on my other newsletter on Beehiiv so I don't know what's causing it. Could it be the template?
