How to Tag Respondents in Welcome Emails for Follow-Up
how to tag people that respond “yes” or “ok” to your welcome email. if that’s possible, then you can follow up with more info and reply to them. anyone knows how to set this up?
EJ W.··There’s not a native way to tag replies (replies go to your normal email which has no connection to us) However, workaround would be to do something like Make or Zapier to monitor emails that come in with a specific subject line, and text combo to identify when people respond and use that as a trigger to then update a custom field in beehiiv
