Building Email Automation Based on Survey Responses

Hey guys, I need help building an automation based on survey responses. Here’s how it goes: I have multiple choice questions. I want to send an email only to the subscribers who replied woth specific answers. Can I even do that? Do i need to segment them? Do i need to tag them? how do I do that?

Yes, you would use the trigger in automations for Survey Submitted and then using filtering and branching to send messages to the right people

It's pretty simple: Trigger: Survey response Branch true/false: custom field = whatever your criteria is Email node: Write the message you want to send

On the true/false brance, on the false side, add another true false branch for the other responses that you want to account for
