How to Permanently Ban a Subscriber for Inappropriate Behavior
How do I permanently ban a subscriber? (This person is sending me racist emails).

This particular one hasn't yet, but one of the ones I'd removed earlier has - and there are two more I'm concerned about.

We don't handle anything with you actually receiving emails - you would have to block them in your email tool. If you DM me their email, I will have our DNC team block them across the ecosystem. Otherwise, if you go to their subscriber account, you can unsubscribe them.

What I'm saying is that whether or not they're subscribed or not, doesn't impact whether they can email and harrass you
