Issue with Double Opt-In Mail Button Visibility and Text Update

Hey all! I've got an issue with the double opt in mail: The button is not visible in editing mode. When I create a new one, I have 2 buttons visible when sending mails. I need to update the button text because my audience is german. There was a time it worked. Now it doesnt. I tried everything like cache/cookies deleted etc. Any idea here? 🙂 Thanks in advance!
