Add Specific Subscribers to HubSpot List via Zapier and Beehiiv

i want to add the people who sign up for my publication through a specific subscribe form to a hubspot list using zapier. i know how to connect my publication on beehiiv to hubspot via zapier generally, but how do i only add the folks who signed up for my publication through a specific subscribe form to hubspot?

You'd want to make an automation that triggers when people sign up through that form, which can then dump them into Zapier. The trigger is "Signed up" then add this condition and select your form:

thanks -- once ive set up the condition, how do i dump the people who fall into this condition into zapier?
