Finding Audience Demographics by Geography in Analytics

How can I find out the demographics of my audience split by geography (e.g. country based)? I've been looking through the analytics suite but can't seem to find a clear what to do this with my subs list. I see the same metric vs opens and clicks, but not just on the subs list.
