Subscription Limit Issue: Over 1000 Subs but Can't Post

Hi, I need help. I had around 950 subs last week. This is when I signed up and paid for a scale plan. Today, I have over 1050 subs, and I cannot post and it says subscriber count exceeds limit. I only paid a week ago, should I pay again just because now I have 50+ subs? I can't honestly. I might just cancel my subscription and request a refund if this is how the accounts are managed.
