Tips for Finding Boost Partners for Small Publications

I have a question for the beehiiv hiiv slack. I set up grow with boosts and got a good partner that got me about 100 in a couple of days. (I have 300 subscribers). Do you have any tips for getting new boost partners for very small publications?
