Seeking Content Collaboration for Growing Financial Newsletter

I am steadily growing my newsletter at profit, using ads. But I am not very good with content and would need help. Anyone want to collaborate? The newsletter is in the financial space in usa, 3000+ subs in 1 month so far.

I need to write more interesting content to grow the newsletter, improve open rate (right now at 10%) and monetize more on the backend. Right now the front end is making money, but my goal is to make money from the backend also

Ryan S. spent $9000 to acquire 3000 subs, so my CAC is $3. I made $15k in revenue while doing this so I am at $6K in profit. Andrew A. numbers are good, but I need to make this newsletter something people want to read. Any help?
