Achieving Negative CAC in Newsletter Growth with Paid Ads

Has anyone here successfully achieved negative CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) while scaling a newsletter with paid ads? I’m looking to scale my newsletter through paid channels but have limited capital—negative CAC would be a game-changer. If you’ve tried this, I’d love to hear about your experience!

I do, anything above $200-300/daily spent is unlikely though After around 15-20k subs it goes away as well US/UK/CA Best you can do w/ this is cross-recommendation swaps with someone else running meta ads too

the number is $0.20-0.30 per sub for anyone else curious, beehiiv + sparkloop around 10-20% will subscribe to your recommendations - so just eyeball it
