Challenges with Facebook Account Activation for Meta Ads

Well this is dumb. I tried creating a Facebook account yesterday to start running Meta ads for Stumptown Savings but they "flagged" my brand new account. Now they're saying it's disabled because I don't meet community standards even though I never got past creating a log in. And I can't appeal. Has anyone run into this before? Any workarounds?

Do you have any previous history with running facebook ads on a banned or disabled account?

Nope. I haven't had a Facebook account since the Cambridge Analytica scandal. And at City Cast, we had an agency handle Facebook ads, so I didn't need one.

That’s frustrating for sure. So you created a brand new Facebook account and then a brand new ad account right after that?

If that’s the case, it may have flagged you for immediately creating an account and then an ad account as opposed to warming up the personal account first

No, to clarify, I got blocked from even creating a personal account. Can't log in to it and do anything else. Can't create an ad account, log in to submit a help ticket, etc. They're straight up blocking me from creating a Facebook account.

Oh that’s awful. Can you try setting up a new account from a different IP address with different email and all?

Tried that, too. Instantly got blocked for that as well.
