Tips for Re-engaging a Dormant Subscriber Base of 3000

Ive been dormant for a year with a decent 3000 person subscriber base. Any tips on re-enganging and slowly building back up the momentum?

There are 2 ways you can do it.
1.
Send a single email and remind them how they signup and why. Give them a clear unsubscribe link so that they don't mark you spam.
2.
If you have their email and if you also have a Facebook/ Ig pages, idle you want to target them with Meta Ads to get them resign up.

I'm definitely seconding Keyur's first point. It shows a sign of respect that can earn you a ton of Goodwill. It also is a chance to remind people why they subscribed to your newsletter to begin with!
