How to Resync Subscribers from Beehiiv to Stripe

Can anyone help? I’ve updated some subscribers with make automations, just custom fields, but if they were premium they updated to ‘free tier’ when this happened. How can I force beehiiv to resync with stripe for these users? Thanks!

I should have perhaps mentioned this is due to some beehiiv update that caused an issue with number fields rounding - so decided to use a text field for the same purpose

if I grant a complimentary day of access - it seems to update the beehiiv side but then it sets the current sub in stripe to cancel at end of term and it also creates a trial subscription in stripe

What about exporting your stripe premium subs and opening a support ticket with that list? If you wanted to try yourself, you may be able to export subs, tag the premium ones according to what was in stripe and upload but unsure if that will do the trick?

Thanks - love beehiiv but more than once it has caused great pain and many hours for work that shouldn’t be. Never should an update to custom fields update the user in beehiiv to free. It should be a bug, it should only update subscription status from beehiiv’s user management side OR stripe, anything else shouldn’t tough it
