Anyone else having trouble uploading images?

Anyone else having trouble uploading images? Edit: Changed the size of the image, and it worked. Is that a new restriction?

    Some red popup, I believe it said operation is not allowed or something like that. The image was 2.5 MB. Worked when I reduced the size, but I'm pretty sure I uploaded images that size before ...
