Is there actually any team member here or in any support channel? I have had urgent UI bug that prevents my users on upgrading. I have tried to reach out to support here and on Beehiiv website for 6 months now. I don't understand what is the point of this Slack. Does anyone have email address for the CEO etc? I am really getting tired of this garbage of software.
We are here, but the purpose of the community isn't to reach support or reach the team, that's what opening a support ticket is for.
