Issues with Referral Credits Tracking: A User's Concern

Hi there, Has anyone else had issues with referral credits not being attributed correctly? So far, three of my referrals weren’t tracked under my account. Each time, I had to go back and forth with the partner team, providing proof and lengthy explanations just to get the credit I rightfully earned. To be fair, I did receive credit in all cases but only after pushing hard and presenting evidence. Frankly, it’s made me question my loyalty to the platform. Today, I referred another client and, anticipating the same problem, I took a screenshot of the sign-up process using my link. Yet again, there’s no trace of the referral on Beehiiv’s end, so I’m proactively reaching out before the client even pays. This kind of experience leaves a bitter taste and seriously undermines trust.
