Tracking Referrals in Weekly Giveaways for Better Incentives

Referral question... I'm doing a weekly giveaway and would like to reward the winner AND the person who referred them (to incentivize more referrals). Is there a way to view who made the referral? ex. Clicking on winner's email shows a "Referrer" email address of the person who made the referral. Thank you.
