Inquiry About Recent Pricing Changes for Beehiiv Scale Plan

Did beehiiv raise pricing on scale plan? I'm being charge 59/month for scale under 2500 subscribers but when I went to check about upgrading it, the price is showing $69 for the same thing. We are going to have to upgrade soon and wondering if prices went up recently and I missed the announcement.
