Issues Connecting Stripe Account for South Africa Subscriptions

Has anyone experienced any problems connecting their stripe account in paid subscriptions? Every time I select my country South Africa it opens in a blank page that doesn't go any further. I've been battling all day. Would really appreciate some advice.
