Help Needed: Setting Up 'Subscribe' Event for Facebook Ads

I am having trouble setting up the ‘Subscribe’ EVENT for my facebook ads to BEEHIIV SITE. Can anyone help me? The only ‘event’ facebook shows is page-view. How can I get it to track subscribes??

I’ve followed this video VERY closely but I am still only getting Page View events. When I try to set up a subscribe event inside meta it says there is no pixel connected. Am I missing any steps??
