Improve Click Report Downloads: User Frustration with Hidden Options

I reached out to support this week about how to download a CSV of my Click Report after clicking the only showing option which shows Download PDF which is only a screenshot of the page with absolutely no value at all. Please remove or improve this! Worthless. I asked support if there was an option for downloading a csv and they replied with a typical canned response. "At this time, I'm afraid there's no way to export the clicks report and the data you're looking for as a CSV. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. While beehiiv doesn't currently have an option to export the Clicks Report as a CSV, I've submitted this to our Product team as a feature request for consideration." Support is really resorting to these canned answers and it's frustrating. So here is what happened. In the meantime a user had created a video about how to download the click report and indeed Beehiiv has a way to download either a CSV, Excel, or json file. Only it is hidden behind a hover in the top right of the screen section. You can't see the 3 dots unless you just happen to hover over the right spot.
