Improving COI Email Conversion Rates: Best Practices Needed

We're noticing a lower conversion rate from our COI email, and I was wondering if anyone had any best practices or solutions to this. Here's our current COI email!

Turn off double opt in

But if you don’t want to: if your double opt in email hasn’t changed since the conversion rate has gone down then it’s because of your marketing changing or getting diminishing returns. Focus there. Dont fix what isn’t broken.
