HI guys, I have a critical issues, that somehow my newsletter email subject line remains the same for days, which I didn't notice. now I believe gmail mark me as spam because i keep sending the emails with the same subject lines? and the open rate drops dramatically. Is there anyway to put my newsletters out of the spam box?
So you didn't test or confirmed before sending?
Or are you suggesting that it was a glitch?
Hi Keyur P. I've sending that newsletter for months, and since the start of May, probably my employee didn't pay enough attention, or probably beehiiv doesn't sync the email subject with the newsletter headline somehow, we've been sending daily newsletters with the same subjects for about a week until we find it. and now all the following emails went to spam folders for our subscribers. is there any way to fix it?
A good strategy to recover from a spam issue could be creating different segments with the most engaged subscribers (maybe in the last 14 days, 20 days, and 30 days for example). Then you create a warm-up plan to send only to these segments for a couple of weeks until numbers go back up. Keeping an eye on how it’s going. I guess it’s mainly patience and sending to the subs who engage the most with your newsletter.
