How to Modify Email Footer: Remove Checkbox and Add Text

Quck question. How can I remove "Let me read it first" and the checkbox from the bottom? I want to add "100% Free. Unsubscribe anytime." Is there a tutorial on how I can do it?

Last setting on this page for the "let me read it first".
