Adjusting Section Spacing in Your Styling Setup

is there an easy/obvious way to bring the spacing down to basically nothing without different lines running into each other like the below? I'm looking to have different spacing in different sections, but going to Style and Body to reduce spacing doesn't seem to be doing the trick...
