Help Needed: Formatting Issues on Terms of Service Page in the UK

Hi guys - signed up to BH a week ago and building out the site etc. Loving the banter on here and learning stuff as im going. Im stumped on this one.... Im in the UK and need to have the Terms of Service page set up so the users can tick it during sign up. Ive added text in there all properly formatted, but when you see it on the front end its just a mash up, with no line breaks etc. What am i doing wrong? Anyone else have the same?
