Please next time before a feature rollout this big give some warning before nuking how everything works - which is pretty inconvenient if you need to send out something that day. I also think this should come with a "hey we just changed how newsletters are designed" pop up walk through" when you load up beehiiv since the change.
oh... had not this realized this til now, but all previous posts on the website are also completely messed up too. Where are the global settings that apply to all existing posts?

Don't know if it's to do with this change but I can't edit the Font Family on a new Automation Email, its just stuck on PT Serif
I also lost my previous post style 😕. Also - I don't know how these changes affect post webview. There is an info that I need to use "webiste builder" - what option I should use? The information is totally incomprehensible to me what, where and how I should set.
So I should go to EVERY post and MANUALLY change post style? Because after your update the styles changed and looks ugly in all of my posts.

🔒[private user] on pages the interlines in headers are also broken. 1 hour ago (I worked on this page today) the interlines were smaller.

From a cursory glance (it’s 8:30pm in the UK) the font for the second publication has changed. The font styles in the second publication should be the same as the first (I used the old Beehiiv defaults for both publications).
Headings should be: ‘Trebuchet MS’,‘Lucida Grande’,Tahoma,sans-serif
Body should be: ‘Helvetica’,Arial,sans-serif
Might anyone know why this update has indented my author icon and byline in the email header, and i can't see to get it to be flush with the email headline?
So…if it helps anyone else, and in case you missed it earlier. One of my publications was fine, but the publication that wasn’t after the Beehiiv newsletter 2.0 internal migration had all the fonts messed up (which I’ve now fixed), and there was a random additional default template created. Happened to us too. Had spent hours setting up a design, then opened the "new" newsletter design tool and POOF it all got set to default. NOT COOL

I’m waiting for your update. These pages sales 20-30k$ monthly so I need to know if you will fix it, what should I do or if I should handle it on my own.
I have a complex newsletter written that's showing fine in the editor but totally wrecked in web-preview and emailed preview. Is there a way to turn off the overriding style settings on a post? I need to schedule this pretty soon. I could manually fix the overrides but I can't find the global style settings... Am I missing something?
Respectfully, I know this is a huge step up, but messing up previous newsletter design settings is as frustrating as people are highlighting above. I made the mistake of trying to fix something that had been changed in one my newsletters that was written and scheduled before release, and it messed up the formatting of the entire email. Really hoping this can be resolved quickly.
I'm having the same issue as everyone else - the new editor completely reset all of my styling and formatting. This is incredibly frustrating
I even rolled back to a previous version of the newsletter from 20 hours ago and it updated it to the boilerplate styling when I preview the issue
Neither. I just duplicate the old issue every week and create a new one
Never had a need to create a template since my newsletter stays the same format every week
