EJ W. I watched the webinar “Maximize Your Email Deliverability,” where I learned about ethical email list building. I’m currently on the Scale Plan and have one publication: Psychiatry 3.0 — a weekly educational blog/newsletter — that is growing organically as people sign up. I’m now creating a second publication focused on email outreach for updates about my medical practice. The marketing team from one of the medical device companies we’re partnering with provided a CRM list of 500 segmented contacts with email addresses. This is not a purchased list — but the individuals on it did not give their email addresses to me directly. These are other medical practices and clinicians (not patients). I was thinking of sending small batch emails to different segments in these contacts announcing our new medical offerings. However, I’m concerned: since these recipients haven’t explicitly opted in, will this first email trigger spam filters — even if I include clear messaging on how to unsubscribe? https://blog.noesisclinic.com/
